One to One Photography Tuition on Dartmoor

Spend a day exploring Dartmoor with someone who truly knows it.

I have been photographing Dartmoor for over ten years. In that time I have walked vast areas of the moor in all seasons and conditions, learning not just where to go, but when and why certain locations work. Light, weather, access, foregrounds, safe routes across the landscape. These details matter.

When you join me for one to one tuition, you are not simply visiting viewpoints. You are gaining local knowledge built through years of experience.

Together we will explore carefully chosen locations, from well known tors to quieter corners that many people miss. Along the way I will help you refine your compositions, respond to changing light, and build confidence in your creative decisions.

My approach is friendly and relaxed. Whether you are new to landscape photography or already experienced and looking to deepen your understanding or access the right locations at the right time, your day will be tailored to you. We move at your pace and focus on what you want to improve.

Dates - Contact me for availability

Prices for 2026:

• 1 Person -  £450 per day (£100 deposit)

• 2 Persons - £550 per day (£125 deposit)

• 3 Persons - £600 per day (£150 deposit)

A limited number of half day sessions are available in 2026. Please enquire for availability.

Each full day includes a minimum of eight hours tuition and transport between locations.

Full joining details and a recommended kit list are provided once your session is booked.
